Refund policy

30-day returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for online orders or 30 days of purchase for in-store purchases.

To be eligible, shoes and other merchandise must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition in which they were received. All included tags and accessories must be returned.

Packaging

If original packaging or a shoe box was included, please return it in the condition received. Shoes sold with a damaged box, a missing box lid, or no original box remain eligible for return when the shoes meet the return requirements. Return all packaging that was provided.

Return shipping and refunds

The buyer pays return shipping unless the item is incorrect or defective. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective item.

Please contact The Ville Vault before mailing a return at tammiesettle@thevillevault.com. Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method. Allow additional time for your bank or card company to post the refund.

Shoe condition

All shoes are brand new and have never been worn. Known box damage or missing packaging is described in each listing.
